Where Luxury Becomes Personal

1.1 Booking Confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified.

1.2 Payment. We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfers and cash. A 50% payment must be made upon booking, with the remaining balance payable before the trip.

1.3 Cancellation and Refunds. Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy: cancellations 14 days or more prior to the rental date receive a 50% refund of the payment, excluding applicable taxes; cancellations 7 days or more prior to the rental date receive a 30% refund of the payment, excluding applicable taxes; cancellations 72 hours or less prior to the rental date receive no refund. Rescheduling is possible only two weeks or more in advance, and only due to weather conditions or unforeseen operational circumstances, as determined by Luxury Concierge Services.

Any damage to the furniture, tools, equipment, or body of the yacht caused by the tenant or guests will be charged to the renter, based on the repair or replacement value. If damage results from misuse or negligence, the renter will be obligated to cover the full cost.

In the event of the sinking of the yacht due to harmful acts or negligence by the renter, the renter must compensate the owner for the loss. Confirming the exact number of passengers at the time of booking is mandatory. Additional guests may result in extra charges.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Concierge Services (LCS), its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your actions, negligence, or misuse of the yacht.
